New Sporting Code effective 1 October

The FAI Sporting Code Section 3 - Gliding has been amended with effect 1 October 2009. Photographic evidence and direct observation from the ground for position evidence is no longer acceptable. There are other subtle changes too. The associated Annex C, Official Observer and Pilot Guide, has also been amended.
