QGP Ground Course Notes
Graham Wardell, CFI Auckland Gliding Club, has put together a set of notes to help instructors teaching ground school for the QGP exams. Graham says he is happy for it to be used by all clubs, and if you spot anything that needs changing to let him know. His one request - if you make alterations, then remove his name (though you can still put in an acknowledgement of course). Click here to thank Graham, or to send suggestions.
Prompting sheets
As an instructor you know how much you need to teach a trainee pilot, and you know you need to be concise and well organised.
Kevin Partridge of the Tauranga Gliding Club has developed an excellent set of cheat sheets that instructors can carry with them in the glider - on a knee board for example. These sheets summarise the main points of instruction from the GNZ "Instructor's Handbook" (aka the instructor's bible). After printing, you may want to laminate the sheets so they retain their rather professional look!

A&B Certificate Question Banks
Lists of questions and model answers to be used when testing students for A and B certificates.
Students have access to this information for study purposes.
Operational Data
This section contains operational data, such as trends in launching annual numbers (how active we are), accident and incident data (how safe we are) etc.
